GARY SCHRIVER

Gary is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a passionate advocate of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.  He has more than twenty-five years of diverse Lean Six Sigma, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and change management experience.

 

Over the span of his career, Gary has gained invaluable hands-on experience working with clients from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies to turn around fledgling process improvement programs or design and implement Lean Six Sigma programs that deliver world-class results and enduring financial success. 

 

Gary is also adept at implementing regulatory-compliant Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement programs within highly regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, biological medicine, food production, and banking; including GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech-Roche, Apollo Endosurgery, Cordis-Conor, Tyson Foods, Perdue Farms, First Data Merchant Services, and Capital One Financial Corporation.
