We are a state qualified small business that is flexible to your needs. We are committed to job creation and industry growth and understand the challenges of meeting budgets, balancing schedules and creating open space to drive improvements. That is why we deliver immediate results and solutions, not just "training".
Our goal is to be flexible to your objectives and to partner with you to deliver solutions. Our team has coached executives in cascading metrics and goals and objectives, improved processes before technology is applied, and worked with office processes to include engineering, purchasing and accounts payable. Our objective is to help you succeed. Regardless of whether you deliver volume, service, or low volume/high mix, we can help you deliver improvements.
Our range of expertise includes healthcare, assembly and remanufacturing operations, chemical processes, traditional machining, aerospace, injection molding and others. Our team includes former executives within Operations. They hold certificates in Six Sigma and Lean. They have been recognized as leaders in their field and have been awarded for their expertise. Several have been published. They are also volunteering within the community, believing strongly in giving back. But the most important quality is their ability to work together as a team, to coach and transfer knowledge.
