PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SOLUTIONS

Improve your processes through Kaizen.

Do you have a targeted process that needs to be improved? A kaizen event is a facilitated workshop with a specific goal or set of goals for an area that needs improvement. Our approach provides an experienced facilitator that will guide your team through the project to results. Our facilitator will coach your team leader through the leadership of the project, it will include training, data collection, brainstorming, and implementation.

Employees, managers, and even C-level owners work together to map out existing processes, discuss ways to improve these processes and develop action items. We work with you to ensure the project stays on schedule and to the budget and targets that you set. 20% improvement minimum should be expected.

Process Control

Statistical process control (SPC) is a method of quality control which employs statistical methods to monitor and control a process. This helps to ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less waste. SPC can be applied to any process where the "conforming product" output can be measured. Key tools used in SPC include run charts, control charts, a focus on continuous improvement, and the design of experiments.

Lean Six Green Belt

A Green Belt has strong knowledge and skills related to DMAIC methodology and Lean methods, they have graduated from Yellow Belt but typically don’t have experience and advanced statistical tools such as design of experiments that a Black Belt will have. Green Belts may lead simple projects under the guidance of a Black Belt or may work as a team member on a large project team.
